All weekend, we shared space with the amazing, mind-changing, stomach-filling awesomeness of Pianta Vegan Restaurant, who turned egg rolls into conversation pieces. But even better than the Buffalo Chickpea was Pianta's owner and head chef, Michelle, who closed out our weekend in grand fashion.
